When he settled in the region in 1715, Jean Martell favored this terroir very early on, which produced delicate and elegant eaux-de-vie, with a floral and sweet aromatic profile, dominated by notes of candied fruit. TO THE EYE This is a Cognac that reveals a copper color with golden reflections.

ON THE NOSE: first expressive nose revealing notes of white flowers, then honey with notes of marzipan.

In the MOUTH: the suppleness and delicacy of Borderies characterize this cognac with a round and mellow attack revealing notes of fresh fruit such as quince or plum. In the end, notes of honey and Mirabelle plums.
